Australian leader seeks tougher citizenship laws



Australia’s Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull plans to toughen the country’s citizenship rules.

It would mean foreigners wanting to become citizens will have to sit an “Australian values” test, and demonstrate a higher proficiency in English.
