Condition 8503 is a very complicated issue for a lot of visa holders, especially for individuals from countries that are deemed ‘high risk’ by the Department.
Generally speaking, the condition 8503 will prevent you from applying for another visa while in Australia (except for humanitarian visas).
However, this doesn’t mean all is lost.
