So you want to be a migration agent?

Australia’s migration laws are complex, and community legal centres are often approached to provide assistance. We expect this demand to increase, as ‘legacy caseload’ asylum seekers (many of whom are living in regional areas) come forward to seek help. In this webinar, Bruce Wells and Rob Lachowicz (Refugee and Immigration Legal Service) provide an overview of migration law, key areas of law, how to become a registered migration agent, and ways community lawyers can help people with migration law problems.
